At Eclipsys, we believe that acting responsibly toward our communities and those in need is fundamental to our culture and our business. One cannot have a complete picture of our brand without an understanding of our deep commitment to having a positive social impact, to our corporate responsibility, and to give back.
We make it our top priority to donate time and provide financial resources to our local communities within which our offices operate, as well as to our national partnerships that run year-round. Additionally, employees are provided with paid time off to give back to a charity of their choice.
Spotlight on Autism Ontario
Eclipsys is a proud sponsor of Autism Ontario - a charitable organization with a history of over 46 years representing the thousands of people on the autism spectrum and their families across Ontario. We believe that by providing opportunities for our future leaders, there’s no telling what tomorrow holds. Our work with Autism Ontario focuses on program development, event fundraising and making an impact on everyday life.
Special Olympics Ontario
The Eclipsys Ottawa team raised money to sponsor an auditorium full of students to meet and greet a local athlete during the Special Olympics Ontario Games in Thunder Bay.
Yonge Street Mission
The Eclipsys Toronto team volunteered their time, made beds, folded and washed laundry and rolled up their sleeves in the kitchen to serve the youth community.
Kanata Food Cupboard
The Eclipsys Senior Management team made a charitable donation to help fill the fridge, battle hunger and provide a meal to those in need during the pandemic.
Save Our Scruff
The Eclipsys team partnered with Save Our Scuff to sponsored 12 dogs that welcomed guests during Oracle Cloud Day in Toronto #thosedatapeoplewholovedogs.
Canadian Red Cross
The Eclipsys team made a charitable donation to neighbouring cities across Canada, in response to the disaster relief of the pandemic.
People for a Healthy Community – Gabriola Island
The Eclipsys team made a charitable donation to Gabriola Island to battle hunger, feed those in need and give back to the community.
Egale Canada
The Eclipsys team proudly supports Egale Canada's #REAL approach to promoting human rights and inclusion through Research, Education, Awareness, and Legal advocacy.
Rainbow Railroad
The Eclipsys team made a charitable donation to help LGBTQI+ individuals facing persecution or imminent danger by providing emergency relocation and other forms of assistance.
Women in STEM
The Eclipsys team partnered up with hEr VOLUTION to host this year’s Women In Technology Speakers Panel to spark meaningful conversations, leadership opportunities and discuss tech careers for women and girls in STEM (Science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
COVID-19 Response
Eclipsys employees are currently working remotely at all of our locations and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future to ensure their safety.
As we no longer have office kitchen expenses – Eclipsys has chosen to donate these funds to local food banks in these communities.
In lieu of corporate gifts and on behalf of our clients and partners, Eclipsys has made charitable donations to Food Banks Canada and the Canadian Mental Healthcare Association, to support those in need during this time.
